ShudhKaya strives to offer flexibility to our customers. You may cancel orders or appointments based on the guidelines below.
Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placing them or before dispatch, whichever is earlier. Once shipped, cancellations are not allowed.
Appointments can be canceled up to 24 hours before the scheduled time. Late cancellations may incur a nominal fee.
Refunds for eligible cancellations will be processed within 5–7 working days to the original payment method.
